How To Prepare Your Laundry For Pick Up

At SUDS and DASH, we aim to make your laundry experience as seamless and convenient as possible. Whether you're a new customer or a long-time client, following these simple steps will help us deliver the best service.

1. Bagging Your Laundry:

   For New Customers: Place all your dirty laundry in trash bags and securely tie them to keep everything contained. No need to label the bags—our driver will take care of that during pickup. Plus, you’ll receive a FREE SUDS and DASH laundry bag with your first order.

   For Returning Customers: If you have a SUDS and DASH laundry bag, simply place all your dirty laundry inside. These durable bags are designed to keep your items secure and make handling easy for both you and our team.

2. Special Treatment Items:
   If you have items requiring special care, please bag them separately. For example, delicate fabrics, garments with specific washing instructions, or items needing special attention should not be mixed with your regular laundry.

   Include a Written Note: With the bag containing special treatment items, include a note detailing the specific instructions, such as:

   • "Wash on delicate cycle"
   • "Spot treat stains"
   • "Hang dry"

   Please note that we do not read garment labels unless specifically instructed, so your written instructions are essential.

3. Checking Pockets:
   Before bagging your laundry, please check all pockets for items like coins, keys, pens, or other objects. While we perform an external check for safety purposes to prevent damage to your clothing or our equipment, we cannot guarantee the return of any items left in pockets. Checking your pockets beforehand helps avoid mishaps.

4. What We Don’t Handle:
   To ensure clarity and prevent damage, please do not include items requiring hand washing. We do not hand wash any items. For more details on items we do not clean, refer to our FAQs.

5. Preparing for Pickup:
   On your scheduled pickup day, simply place your bags outside by 8:00 AM, and we’ll handle the rest! Our drivers operate between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM for your convenience.
